Shipping Methods and Costs:

Delivery is made via the use of Australia Post and you are able to select your preferred method when checking out and placing your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination.

Order Processing:

We aim to process and ship your order the same day if received before 11AM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information if available.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary based on the shipping option chosen and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, and expedited shipping 2-3 business days. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missing or Damaged Shipments:
